About Us

Forest City Housing Authority is located in Forest City, NC. We manage three different complexes with a total of 176 units. All apartments are income based. We have handicap HVI accessible units as well as 1 to 5 bedroom units.

Forest City Housing Authority is a smoke-free property. FCHA has implemented a smoke-free policy for our residential units and common areas.
